- Our PE days are on a Monday and Wednesday this half term. This is subject to change on a half termly basis. Our PE kit consists of: a navy P.E top, blue/black shorts/jogging bottoms and trainers. Please ensure suitable P.E kit is provided in the cold weather.
- Reading diaries must be in school each day. The expectation is that each child will read at home a minimum of three times a week. This will be checked by the class teacher on a Friday, and it is important that parents sign the diary.

- English: In English this term we will be reading The Kindest Red, Winnie the Witch and Fantastic Mr Fox. These texts will be influencing our writing outcomes such as a letter, diary entries, instructions and a non-chronological report.
- Maths:
- Year 1: Addition and Subtraction, Multiplication and Division, Measurement: time, money, and mass and capacity
- Year 2: Multiplication and Division, Measurement, Statistics, and Addition and Subtraction.
- History: We will be looking at Transport and Travel.
- Geography: We will be exploring Beside the Sea.
- Science: We will be studying Spring and Summer alongside continuing our learning about Amazing Animals.
- Art: We will be focusing on Landscapes and art from around the world.
- Music: Our unit is Exploring improvisation.
- RE / Religion & Worldviews: Our Big question will be: What is it like to be brought up in a Hindu home in the UK today?
- PSHE: Our key units are Relationships (Summer term 1) and Changing me (Spring [Summer] term 2).
- PE: Our key units are Athletics, Orienteering and Games.
- Computing: Our Computing units are Lego Builders and Coding.
